We had 4 ladies in the other day for lunch and they were excited to try my entrée salads, so they chose four different ones so that they could all taste them.

• Southwest style Taco Salad
• Orange-Cashew chicken salad
• Honey mustard chicken salad
• Cobb chicken salad

I oven roast all my chicken breasts, roast my own roast beef, prepare my chicken for the pulled chicken (grilled buffalo chicken with blue cheese) this has been a very successful sandwich.
